- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (S1/S2) in any major. Preferably from Economic and Statistic, Management, Industrial Engineering and Business Studies.
- Maximum age of 27 years old for S1 and 30 years old for S2.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 for S1 and 3.25 for S2 on 4.00 grade scale.
- Fresh graduate or those with maximum 1 year of experience.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
